The Master bedroom has a king size bed with adjustable frame, 55" smart tv w/ Roku soundbar, wood plank ceramic tile flooring, walk in closet, double executive height vanities, separate walk-in shower with dual showerheads complete with a fireplace to warm you up during those cold winter mornings. The guest bedroom one has a queen mattress, 48" smart tv, fireplace and separate outside entrance to a secluded patio. The second guest bedroom has a queen mattress, desk and 48" smart tv. The Oasis awaits you in the backyard! The environment that has been captured in the large yard that backs against the Catalina Mountains is absolutely stunning. There are seating arrangements in front of the gas fireplace, under the covered patio, on the pavers near the grill and at the loungers that are set pool side. The built in BBQ offers plenty of prep and serving space on the extended counters. The sparkling pebble tec pool is self-cleaning. The shade sail that is mounted over the pool loungers protects you from direct sun exposure! Come cool down on this mountainside and grill up your favorite dish while soaking in the Sonoran sun! House Rules ~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind ~Guest must be at least 25 years of age. ~All reservations must submit driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. ~Guest booking a private pool home that do not have at least two positive host reviews will be required to pay $500.00 deposit. ~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer. ~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages. ~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee ~ 1 dog allowed up to 30 lbs with $250 pet fee paid ~No Smoking ~No large gatherings ~No mailbox access will be granted ~For homes with a private pool or spa - If you would like the pool or spa heated during your stay please ask your agent for a quote. Pool heat is an additional daily cost of $60/day plus tax. ~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature ~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
