Cindy Pimber is a full time Realtor licensed in Arizona since 2001. She currently has the honor of working with AZ Power Team, RE/MAX Results as Team Leader and Manager. She has a diverse experience in all aspects of Real Estate, which include Real Estate Owned (REO) property management and disposition, Short Sales and Commercial and Resales properties, and is also a specialist in real estate investment and new construction homes.

Most recently, Cindy served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Global Business Centers Beverly Hills. She led the Sales & Marketing effort to include strategic planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversaw the development and implementation of digital and print media assets in order to ensure a unified and sustained brand presence, coordinated strategically and tactically with other functions within the organization to include Information Systems in the areas of search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media monitoring and outreach, measured ROI of the various marketing initiatives and managed and adjusted budgets based on key performance indicators of the various marketing initiatives, developed sales strategies for development of business and to achieve sales goals, manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction, provided detailed and accurate sales forecasting, compiled information and data related to customer and prospect interactions, monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions, managed key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities, coordinated in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
Ms. Pimber worked as Realtor and Property Manager at Keller Williams Southern Arizona / Realty Executives Southern Arizona, where she successfully closed over 200 properties. While at Keller Williams, Cindy executed REO management and disposition for Fannie Mae, Cenlar2, Aurora Loan Services, Nation Star, Chase Financial, Default Servicing Inc., Bank United, EMC, Truman Capital, REDC auction properties, Saxon and Citigroup, and served as a Titanium Solutions Home Retention Consultant as well as a member of the ALC (Agent leadership Committee), where she helped organize and obtain financial sponsorship for various community-based programs that helped homeless and disadvantaged families to include playground construction and renovation, food and clothing donations, garden planting and distribution of expendables.
Having sold over $40 Million in resale and new homes(Specialist) , Cindy has been named as an Executive Club 100% Club Gold Circle Award recipient since 2003, one of the most prestigious individual awards given to sales agents at Realty Executives, Southern Arizona.
Previous to her career in Real Estate, Cindy honed her sales and customer service skills as a Reservations Manager with American Airlines and before that as a Retail Sales Manager with May Company.
Ms. Pimber is a Veteran of the United States Navy where she served as an aircraft electrician. In this role she maintained a wide range of electrical navigation equipment in aircraft including power generators, power distribution systems, lighting systems, flight instrument and fuel systems, temperature and pressure indicating systems. As a Plane Captain she performed numerous in-flight duties and operated radar and weapon systems in turbojet, helicopter and other fixed wing aircraft such as the HH-46, F-4, F-14 and F-18 fighter aircraft. While in the Navy, Ms. Pimber received two awards for Battle of Excellence and was honorably discharged.
